Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1 15.25 ounce box of yellow or white cake mix
• Water, oil, and eggs (ingredients on box)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (extract)
• 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 medium ripe bananas

Frosting:

• 1 block (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
• 1 stick of butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients 1 through 5 in large mixing bowl.

2. Fold in bananas.

3. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely.

4. Combine cream cheese and butter in medium mixing bowl. Add ingredients 3 and 4. Mix. Add powdered sugar slowly mixing until fully combined.

5. Cover top of cake with frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
